Dkt Biteko amesema, ujenzi wa Jengo Hilo la ghorofa 4 lililogharimu kiasi cha Dola za kimarekani Milioni 92.18 kama mkopo toka Benki ya Exim Kutoka India kwa ushirikiano na Serikali ya Mapinduzi Zanzibar, unahusisha Ofisi za wafanyakazi, Maabara, Ukumbi wa Mikutano, Maegesho na Ukumbi wa Mazoezi na kuipongeza Wizara ya Maji, Nishati na Madini kwa kujenga jengo lenye hadhi na ubora wa hali ya juu.

Shaibu Kaduara, amesema ujenzi wa jengo hilo ni muendelezo wa utekelezaji wa miradi ya maendeleo ikiwemo Maji na tayari miradi mbalimbali inaendelea kutekelezwa ili kutatua kero ya Maji visiwani Zanzibar na kuongeza kuwa wataendelea na kasi hiyo bila kulala ili kuwaletea maendeleo wanachi wa Zanzibar.
