Dkt Mabula alitoa shukran hizo leo tarehe 18 Julai 2023 jijini Mwanza wakati akitoa taarifa ya utekelezaji wa ilani ya CCM wilaya ya ilemela kwa kipindi cha mwaka 2020-2022 kwenye mkutano maalum wa wajumbe wa CCM wilayani humo.

Kwa mujibu wa Dkt mabula, utekelezaji huo wa ilani ya Chama cha Mapinduzi ni ya kipindi cha Novemba 2020 hadi Desemba 2022 ambapo taarifa ya mapokezi ya fedha imegusa kipindi cha miaka miwili ya utendaji wa Samia Suluhu Hassan, Rais wa Jamhuri ya Muungano wa Tanzania hasa katika utoaji wa pesaza miradi ya maendeleo katika jimbo la Ilemela.

Kwa mujibu wa Mbunge huyo wa Ilemela, katika kipindi cha miaka miwili halmashauri ya Manispaa ya Ilemela hadi kufikia Machi 2023 imepokea zaidi ya shilingi Bilioni 46.089 kwa ajili ya utekelezaji wa miradi mbalimbali ya maendeleo.
Ameitaja miradi ya maendeleo iliyotekelezwa kwa ufanisi katika jimbo lake kuwa ni pamoja na sekta ya ardhi, afya, elimu, maji, miundommbinu, uvuvi, pamoja na masoko na biashara.

Akielezea kuhusiana na sekta ya ardhi anayoisimamia, Dkt Mabula alisema katika kutekeleza azma ya kupanga, kupima na kumilikisha ardhi kupitia fedha za mkopo zilizotolewa na Rais Samia, manispaa ya Ilemela imekuwa mnufaika mkubwa wa fedha hizo kati ya halmashauri 58 zilizonufaika na mkopo huo nchini.
Amebainisha kuwa, kupitia mradi wa kupanga, kupima na kumilikisha ardhi manispaa ya Ilemela imepima viwanja katika maeneo ya Buswelu, Nyafla, Sangabuye,Igalagala na ilekelo ambapo mradi umekamilika na viwanja 3,254 vimepimwa kwenye ekari 900 zilizopimwa na kugharimu kiasi cha shilingi 3,589,774,000 kutoka serikali kuu.
‘’Mpaka sasa manispaa imefanikiwa kuuza viwanja katika mradi husika kwa asilimia 70% na kufanikiwa kurejesha mkopo kwa asilimia 100%’’ alisema Dkt Mabula.
