Maandalizi ya Tamasha la Pili la Kitaifa la Utamaduni yamekamilika na mikoa zaidi ya 26 inatarajiwa kushiriki tamasha hilo ambalo litafanyika kwa siku tatu kuanzia Agosti 25 – 27, 2023 katika viwanja vya stendi kuu ya zamani mkoani Njombe.
Akiongea mara baada ya kumaliza mbio za polepole (jogging) Agosti 24, 2023, Kaimu Mkurugenzi wa Maendeleo ya Utamaduni, Dkt. Resani Mnata amesema maandalizi yamekamilika tayari kwa tamasha la pili na shamrashamra zimeanza kwa jogging ikihusisha makundi mbalimbali ikiwemo vikundi vya watumishi wa umma, jogging vya Njombe, polisi, timu ya veteran pamoja na wanafunzi kutoka shule mbalimbali mjini humo.

Tamasha hilo litashirikisha mikoa yote ya Tanzania Bara na Visiwani na kutoa fursa kwa Watanzania kusherehekea utajiri wa urithi wa Utamaduni na kuwahamasisha wananchi wapende kuhifadhi, kulinda, kuendeleza mila na desturi ambazo ndio msingi wa maadili na utambulisho wa Taifa letu.
Tamasha hili litapambwa na shughuli mbalimbali zitakazofanywa na Serikali na wananchi. Shughuli hizo ni Bonaza la Michezo litakalowahusisha Machifu, Viongozi wa dini, Madiwani, viongozi wengine wa Kijamii na wananchi na kutakuwa na usiku wa Filamu za Harakati za Ukombozi.
