Waziri wa Ardhi Nyumba na Maendeleo ya Makazi Dkt Angeline Mabula amesema mradi wa Kupanga na Kupima na Kumilikisha Ardhi (KKK) katika eneo la Kitelela mkoani Dodoma maarufu kama Msalato Satelite City utakuwa wa mfano kwa matumizi mbalimbali.
Wizara ya Ardhi inatekeleza mradi kwa kutwaa eneo katika mtaa wa Kitelela jijini Dodoma lenye ukubwa wa takriban ekari 971 kwa kulipa fidia, kupanga na kupima eneo kwa ajili ya matumizi mbalimbali ambapo jumla ya viwanja 1,012 vimepimwa.

Akizungumza wakati wa uwasilisha Taarifa ya Wizara ya Ardhi Nyumba na Maendeleo ya Makazi kuhusu Mradi wa Kupanga, Kupima na Kumilikisha Ardhi kwa Kamati ya Ardhi, Maliasili na Utalii tarehe 24 Agosti 2023 jijini Dodoma, Dkt Mabula alisema , mradi huo utahakikisha huduma mbalimbali zinapatikana katika eneo hilo sambamba na kuzuia ujenzi holela.
Kwa mujibu wa Dkt Mabula, Wizara ya Ardhi kwa kushirikiana na Halmashauri ya Jiji la Dodoma katika utekelezaji Mpango Kabambe wa Jiji la Dodoma imekuwa ikitekeleza miradi mbalimbali katika Jiji hilo.
‘’Suala la Kitelela, tunataka mradi huu uwe wa mfano, tunataka mradi usimamiwe na uwe tofauti na miradi mingine’’ alisema Dkt Mabula.

Awali wajumbe wa Kamati ya Kudumu ya Bunge ya Ardhi, Maliasili na Utalii waliipongeza wizara ya ardhi katika kutekeleza mradi wa kupanga, kupima na kumilikisha ardhi.
