TASNIA YA Walimu wana jukumu kubwa katika jamii kwa kuhakikisha kuwa watoto wanapata elimu bora, malezi, na ujuzi muhimu kwa maisha yao ya baadaye. Kazi yao ni nguzo muhimu katika kujenga kizazi kilichoelimika na jamii yenye maendeleo.
Hata hivyo, walimu wanakutana na changamoto nyingi zinazohusiana na mazingira ya kazi, maisha ya kijamii, na hali yao binafsi.
Changamoto hizi zinaweza kuathiri ufanisi wao kazini na kuwazuia kufikia malengo yao ya kuwasaidia wanafunzi kwa njia bora.
Kwabkulitambua hilo Chama Cha Walimu (CWT) Kimeanzisha Programu Maalumu ya Samia Teacher’s Mobile Clinic ambayo kazi yake ni kutatua changamoto binafsi za walimu, Lengo kuu likiwa ni kuwafikia walimu katika maeneo mbalimbali nchini ili kusikiliza na kutatua changamoto zao .
Licha ya zoezi hili kufanyika katika ngazi za makao makuu ya mikoa, Walimu wengi wamejitokeza wakiwa na changamoto za kiutumishi. Takwimu zinaonesha kuwa katika mikoa 13 ambayo zoezi hili limefanyika Jumla ya Walimu 11,714 wamejitokeza mbele ya timu hiyo kuwasilisha changamoto zao ,
Kikosi kazi cha kusikiliza matatizo ya walimu kilianza kazi kikiwa na lengo la kuifikia mikoa yote ishirini na sita ya Tanzania Bara.
Kazi hii lipangwa kutekelezeka katika awamu 5 kama ifuatavyo:
Awamu ya Kwanza ambayo ilitekelezeka mwezi Novemba 2024 ikihusisha mikoa minne ya Kagera, Kigoma, Katavi na Rukwa.
Awamu ya pili ilitekelezeka mwezi wa Disemba 2024 ikihusisha Mikoa ya Dar Es Salaam na Pwani.
Awamu ya tatu ambayo inahitimishwa leo hapa Mkoani Mbeya, imehusisha Mikoa saba ya Lindi, Mtwara, Ruvuma, Njombe, Iringa, Songwe na Mbeya.
Aidha Awamu ya nne na tano zizatekelezeka mwezi Februari na Machi 2025 kwa kuhusisha mikoa 13 iliyobaki yaani Dodoma, Tabora, Shinyanga, Geita, Mwanza, Mara, Simiyu, Singida, Manyara, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tanga na Morogoro.
