Naibu Waziri wa Ofisi ya Waziri Mkuu, Kazi, Vijana, Ajira na Wenye Ulemavu, Mhe. Patrobas Katambi amesema serikali inaandaa Mfumo wa Taifa wa uratibu na tathmini wa afua za masuala ya maendeleo ya vijana nchini utakaosaidia kuwatambua na kuwaratibu wadau.
Kutokana na hilo, amemuagiza Katibu Mkuu wa Ofisi hiyo na Msajili wa mashirika yasiyo ya kiserikali kuzifanyia tathmini asasi za kiraia zinazoshughulikia masuala ya vijana ili kujua utendaji kazi wake na kama zinakidhi tija vijana.
Mhe. Katambi ameyasema hayo Agosti 3, 2023 kwenye uzinduzi wa kongamano la vijana lililoandaliwa na asasi za kiraia 32 zinazojishughulisha na masuala ya vijana.
“Niwaagize Katibu Mkuu na Msajili wa mashirika mfanye tathmini ili kuhakikisha asasi hizi zinatekeleza wajibu wao kwa mujibu wa sheria na malengo ya serikali ili kuleta tija kwa vijana nchini,”amesema.

Kwa upande wake, Mkurugenzi Idara ya Demokrasia, Haki za Binadamu na Utawala Bora, Bret Saalwaechter ameipongeza serikali ya Tanzania kwa ushirikishwaji wa vijana, wanawake na Watu wenye Ulemavu katika kuwaletea maendeleo na kushughulikia changamoto zao.
