Dkt Mabula alisema hayo tarehe 10 Agosti 2023 wilayani Makete mkoani Njombe wakati wa kukabidhi hatimiliki za ardhi kwa wananchi wa wilaya hiyo akiwa katika ziara yake ya siku tatu katika mkoa huo.
Alisema, wananchi wa Makete waliojitokeza kuchukua hati mara baada ya kukamilisha taratibu za umilikishwaji wamechukua uamuzi sahihi unaoenda kuwahakikishia usalama wa milki zao.
Alibainisha kuwa, mmiliki wa ardhi mwenye hati mbali na kuwa na salama ya miliki yake lakini hati hiyo inampa fursa nyingi ikiwemo kuhukua mikopo benki pamoja na kuitumia kama dhamana.
